Dear Linda,
I wanted to write and let you know how much I appreciated your help
in choosing my wedding dress. I could not have asked for anyone to
do a better job. It is very rare these days to find someone who really
seems to care about their customers. Your Bridal shop definitely beat
the odds. More than anything, customer service is company's biggest
seller and yours was the best I have seen in a long time. I also appreciated
the thank you letter that you sent me after my visit. It made me feel
