“iCare”-Normans Bridal Supports Victims of Domestic Abuse and You Can Too!
October 1 @ 8:00 am - October 31 @ 5:00 pm
They say domestic violence is a problem that happens behind closed doors.
Here’s a fact that blows those doors wide open – Greene County has one of the highest rates of domestic violence per capita than anywhere else in the state. In 2017, Springfield had 2,902 domestic violence aggravated assault incidents.
We, as a community, can do better than this.
On October 26th, 2018 Harmony House is holding a public awareness event called “iCare”.
Join people throughout the community who will be taking the “iCare” pledge by wearing a symbolic black eye to raise awareness of the domestic violence problem in our community and raising funds for Harmony House to help save lives.
Domestic violence is not a problem that can be kept hidden any longer. The secret is out; thousands of people in the Ozarks are trying to escape violence. On October 26 help us bring awareness to this epidemic.
Normans Bridal will be donating a percentage of all wedding gown sales during the month of October to the “iCare” event.
Help your friends and neighbors affected by domestic violence. Join Normans Bridal and donate today(see the link below)!
