How and or where did you meet?
Joel and I met our junior year of college at Southwest Baptist University.
How did you get proposed to?
I was running in the Bass Pro Half Marathon in Springfield, MO. Every two or three miles he was holding a sign. The signs read as follows: “You WILL survive”, “YOU got this kid”, Be MARRY you’re almost there” and the final sign read “run with ME”? Around mile 10 is where all the signs were together and I realized that he was going to propose. At the finish line he was down on one knee. Best race ever!
What was your favorite memory from your wedding day?
Reading our letters that we wrote to each other. Such raw emotion written in those letters. Definitely something I will treasure forever.

Normans Bridal Experience:
I had such a great experience. I had zero clue what style or color dress I wanted. My stylist was so amazing and helped me easily work through all my thoughts. She pulled dresses of all styles and helped me narrow down which dresses I liked and didn’t. She was so supportive of all of my decisions and we worked so well together along with my friends and family who came.
